仕事内容
ゲームデザイン（設計・実装）作業全般
ゲームシステム、プレイヤー、エネミー、NPC、レベル、カメラ、ネットワーク、UI/UX、カットシーン、パラメーター、テキスト、タスク管理、他パートとの相談・進行、など
必要な資格
ゲーム制作の実務経験
望ましい資格
コンシューマーゲームの制作実務経験
プロジェクトの最初から最後まで携わった経験
ディレクター、パートリーダー、プロジェクトマネージメントの経験
資質・特性
自ら率先してチームメンバーと連携し、ゲームの完成まで導く行動ができる方
プロジェクトの方針や企画内容を理解して、物事に応じた手段を導き出せる方
ユーザーの視点を意識して、広い視野で自分たちの仕事内容を考察することができる方

Job Description
Come join UNSEEN as a Game Designer! Let's create the world of KEMURI together!
You will join a team to design a game that captivate users and develop ideas for systems.
The ideal candidate for this position has a deep understanding of designing combats, systems, and UI. If you are looking for an opportunity to put your ideas into shape, look no further.
We are looking for a talented Game Designer who will guide the game production, closely collaborating with the Art Team, Engineering Team, and other Game Designers.
Responsibilities
Game design (design and implementation)
Game system, player, enemy, NPC, level, camera, network, UI/UX, cutscene, parameter, text, task management, consultation and progress with other parts, etc.
Requirements
Professional experience in game development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consumer game production
Experience working on projects from start to finish
Experience as a director, part leader, or project management
Qualities
Take initiative and collaborate with team members to lead the project through to completion
Ability to understand project directions and plans and derive the means to implement them
Approach tasks with a user-centric mindset and consider the broader impact of one’s work
Proactively embrace challenges and adapt to new experiences with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
